All services and products are priced in Euros unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan or subscription has been agreed upon. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless otherwise explicitly stated.

If you are unhappy with a product or service, you must contact us directly to communicate your concern. We will make every reasonable effort to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. If no agreement can be made, either party may choose to cancel the engagement. This process must be initiated through direct communication.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Some services, including ongoing mentorship or membership programs, are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. If you are dissatisfied, you must contact us directly to attempt resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the subscription or contract may be cancelled, and access to services will be revoked at the end of the billing period. No refunds will be issued for any time already used.
